PRE-TENDER BRIEFING NOTICE

Queensland Health (QH) is soon to commence sourcing activities aimed at establishing a new state-wide Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of The appointment of a Third-party Logistics Provider to provide Fulfillment Services to Queensland Health for the Home Enteral Nutrition System (HENS) Program.(The Service)..

QH is looking to apoint a sole supplier of the required Servive. The duration of the contract includes an initial term of 36 months and the potential for two additional 36-month extensions.

The Request for Offer (Tender) will be released on Tuesday the 26^th of March 2024. on Q Tenders

PRE-TENDER BRIEFING - 10:30am AEST Thursday - 21MAR24

The pre-tender briefing is a compulsory industry briefing for interested vendors.

Regisitrations for the briefing close on Wednesday the 20th March 2024 at noon AEST

This session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and will cover several key aspects:

An overview of the tender process
The necessary supportive information that needs to accompany the tender submission, such as insurances, ISSO qualifications, and licenses.
Queensland Health's (QH) objectives and expectations from this process.
A list of mandatory submission documents, like the pricing matrix.

This session will also include a question-and-answer segment for clarifications, negating the need for a formal Addendum post-tender release.
