Section 1

Tender Overview

The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) has issued this Invitation to Offer to identify a partner to support it to develop an office technology strategy and implementation plan. The key areas the QBCC is looking to cover in this strategy are outlined below, however the QBCC welcomes any other areas the supplier may consider important in developing an optimal fit-for-purpose strategy:

  • Physical technology desktop environment
  • Integration of strategy with the QBCC’s mobility requirements
  • Decommissioning of legacy technology equipment
  • Security requirements
  • Meeting room environment
  • Printing and multi-function device capability noting contract due for renewal in August 2024
  • How technology supports workplace strategy collaboration principles
  • Integration of the office technology strategy into the QBCC Digital strategy and requirements
  • Cost efficiency of strategy

The Customer will hold a briefing session at 2.30pm AEST on Tuesday, 21 May 2024, online via Microsoft Teams. It is mandatory for Suppliers to attend the briefing session in order to submit an offer.

Suppliers must register their attendance with the Customer’s contact Yolanda Wang at Yolanda.Wang@qbcc.qld.gov.au by 5pm AEST on Friday, 17 May 2024. Attendees will be required to complete and return a Confidentiality Agreement prior to attending the session.
