Section 1

Tender Overview

CS Energy Limited is seeking an SAP-recognised, Queensland-based (or at least Australian-based) implementation partner for a technical upgrade of our SAP system from ECC6.0 to SAP S/4HANA. This initiative is the first project in CS Energy’s SAP/ERP Program of Work, involving a strictly technical upgrade with minimal operational disruption to end users.

The project includes establishing and migrating to a cloud hosting platform, transitioning from the legacy MaxDB database to the modern SAP HANA database, upgrading the SAP ECC6.0 application to SAP S/4HANA, and re-establishing integrations between ERP satellite systems and SAP. This upgrade will mitigate ERP-related technology security and resiliency risks, ensuring we remain on a vendor-supported platform and establishing a robust technology foundation to enhance our business capabilities.

CS Energy is issuing an Open Invitation to Tender (ITT) to select an SAP Upgrade Implementation Partner. Successful tenderers may be pre-qualified for future projects and stages under the SAP/ERP Program of Work. We prioritise partners with strong capability, experience, flexibility, and innovative, collaborative approaches, aiming to maximise value for money while minimising system downtime and user impact.
