Contractors in the demolition industry are invited to tender for the Demolition of Government Owned Properties at Ashmore and Molendinar. Please note that the Queensland Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry apply to this project. Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2023 which now includes the Ethical Supplier Threshold and Ethical Supplier Mandate. Note: There is a mandatory pre-lodgement conference / site visit required on Thursday 30th May 2024 starting at 36 Kingsway Drive, Molendinar at 10:00am (see C7822 for details). To register your interest in attending, please email projects.southcoast@tmr.qld.gov.au with your company name and the name of the person who will be attending. For access to Tender documentation please go directly to the QBuild (eTender) website - https://etender.hpw.qld.gov.au/public/Login.aspx If you require assistance accessing the documents or have any queries in relation to this offer, please contact projects.southcoast@tmr.qld.gov.au.
