The Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of procuring a Specialist Homelessness Service to work with the department and Court Link to deliver accommodation and support in the form of Temporary Supported Accommodation as part of a Remand pilot. The Remand pilot will assist women on remand who would be able to access bail but are being held in custody due to housing instability. This pilot will bring together a range of critical partners to support women to have safe and stable housing, while finalising their matters and remove barriers to accessing housing. The services will be delivered in the Ipswich Housing Service Centre region, commencing from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2026.
