Tender Overview

Suitably qualified suppliers are invited to submit and EOI in the Stage 1 process for the Vegetation management Routine Maintenance Performance Contract 2024-2026 for the Far North District.

EOI tender documents are to be downloaded and submitted electronically on the QBuild eTender website (etender.hpw.qld.gov.au).  This will be a private tender opening. 

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR or the “Principal”) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors (the “Applicants”) will be engaged under a Road Maintenance Performance Contract (RMPC) to undertake the managment of vegatation with the Northern District on vairous roads throughout the 2024-25 and 2025-26 financial years.

This is the first stage of a two-stage selection process. From the Stage One responses received, Applicants will be shortlisted using the non-price evaluation criteria stated in this document. Only the shortlisted Applicants will progress to Stage Two, Request for Tender.
The Time and Place for Lodgement of EOI Applications is detailed in Section 10.
To be considered for invitation processes, applicants must comply with the Ethical Supplier Threshold. In Stage Two the Contractor must complete the Tender Schedule S10. Any response indicating non-compliance with the Ethical Supplier Threshold criteria and without valid justification to the satisfaction of the Principal, the tender submission may be deemed as non-conforming. Ethical Supplier Threshold means the Ethical Supplier Threshold in paragraph 2.3 of the Queensland Procurement Policy as published on the Department of Housing and Public Works’ website: www.hpw.qld.gov.au
