Section 1

Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the new outdoor learning area across 2 spaces at Geebung State School, located at 250 Newman Rd, Geebung QLD 4034.

In area 1 of the new outdoor learning area, there will be the installation of play equipment, seating areas, landscaping, fencing, new ramp, and the removal of trees. In area 2, there will be landscaping including games in the grass, walls, and seating areas. Trees in area 2 will be retained.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $2,000,000.00
