Please Note - The purpose of this Addendum is to advise of an additional site visit: Date/Time: 3 pm, Thursday 20 June 2024 Venue: Meet at Security Building 3 (ROK003) CQUniversity Rockhampton North Campus Closure of bookings for Mandatory Site Visit: 4 pm, Wednesday 19 June 2024 The full list of Tender documents can be accessed HERE. CQUniversity (CQU) has allocated funding for the refurbishment of building 9 (ROK009), located at CQU North Rockhampton campus. Currently the building provides Physical Containment Level 2 Laboratory (PC2) laboratories used in the University’s medical undergraduate, post graduate and research courses. With the introduction of the Pathway to Medicine and the Master of Laboratory Medicine, the usage of the PC2 laboratories will increase significantly which necessitates the upgrading of these facilities. In conjunction with the PC2 Lab upgrades it has been identified that ROK009 requires extensive roofing upgrades to ensure the integrity of the building envelope.
