The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Block D at Kuraby State Special School, located at 83 Alpita St, Kuraby QLD 4112 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) Program.
The scope of works includes the refurbishment of the existing Block D building in addition to the extension of the existing Life Skills Hub including but not limited to all new partitions, finishes, joinery, electrical and hydraulic throughout. All works are to be completed by December 2024
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
Please contact Adrian Watts – Project Manager on adrian@honeywill.com.au with your PQC Certificate and company registration details. Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements.
Details of the site inspection: will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
