Tender Overview

 

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the renovation QIMR Berghofer's Bancroft Building, Level 6 staff common area. This project requires full end to end project management, including the design, against a provided concept, the supply of all required materials and prefabricated cabinets, the provision of all required construction and the management of all supporting services to deliver the requirements to Australian Standards.

**Please Note: Participation in a site tour and inspection is mandatory and will be held on Wednesday 26th February 2023, at 10 am. Please sign in at reception, QIMR Berghofer Central Building, 300 Herston Rd, Brisbane, Gavin Payne (Building Services & Facilities Manager) and Jonathan Davies GM Properties & Facilities will meet you there.
