Suppliers are invited by the Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) to submit an offer to SOA ITO No PTO202325 for the provision of regional real estate services in the following regional, rural and remote locations as below:
Bundaberg, Kingaroy/Nanango, Cairns, Mackay, Chinchilla/Miles, Maryborough/Hervey Bay, Gatton/Laidley, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Toowoomba, Gympie and Townsville.
This opportunity is provided to enable regional real estate agents to work with the QPT and its business unit Customer Property Services (CPS) to deliver a range of real estate related services for our customer.
The term of this SOA will be for a maximum of seven (7) years being an initial term of three (3) years commencing on the date of the SOA commencement and for an additional two (2) x two (2) year extension options. Extensions are not automatically rolled over and are at customer’s and supplier’s discretion.
The QPT places significant importance on services being delivered for our customers on a measurable best value basis.
The scope of the SOA will cover the following key objectives and requirements (see Part B – SOA Details Schedule 1 Requirements for the full details):
- customer property conjunctional sales and the provision of property management services located within the nominated regional service areas (see section 1.2) and:
- any other property related services that fall outside the scope of real estate sales or property management within the nominated regional service areas that would justify a service fee payable to the supplier.
