Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of new teaching buildings including site facilities including roads, car parking and play spaces located at Cairns State Special School, 32-40 Alberta Drive, Woree, Cairns, QLD 4870.

Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project. Please check with (insert name and contact of PM) to confirm your eligibility to tender.

Tender documentation is available for collection from L+R, by emailing glenn.i@lar.net.au and LRCNS@lar.net.au from Monday, 27 February 2025.

Submissions close on Friday, 28 March 2025 at 2.00pm at LRCNS@LAR.NET.AU.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
