The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Drainage Rectification project at Mount Warren Park State School, located at 97-125 Mount Warren Boulevard, Mount Warren Park QLD 4207, as part of the Specialist Services (SPECIAL) program.

The scope comprises new concrete paths, swale drains and maintenance to existing stormwater lines to correct overland flow issues to the school site, specifically near the Hall.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M

Submissions close on 04/04/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au

Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
