Tender Overview

Invitation To Offer for the Provision of Texture Modified Food

The Department of Health (ABN 66 329 169 412) invites offers from Suppliers for the provision of pre-prepared ambient, chilled, and frozen temperature texture modified foods, as defined by the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) framework.

Goods that are in scope include meal components for:

Category 1 – IDDSI Level 3 (Liquidised);

Category 2 – IDDSI Level 4 (Pureed);

Category 3 – IDDSI Level 5 (Minced & Moist); and

Category 4 – IDDSI Level 6 (Soft & Bite-Sized).
