Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the delivery of an Outdoor Learning Area at Wondall Heights SS, located at 260 Wondall Road, Manly West Queensland 4179. The works are to be carried out under a Medium Works with Design Responsibility contract.

Please contact Joshua Ruiz – Project Manager on tenders@thomsonruiz.com with your company details and tender documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000
