The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of Block L and N roof replacements, including the installation of a new roof system with new elements, new insulation, replacement of the existing drainage system (including gutters, downpipes, and flashings), relocation of AC condenser units to ground level, and removal of all skylights., located Coombabah State School at 550 Pine Ridge Rd, Coombabah QLD 4216, as part of the Repair & Replacement (R&R) program.

All works are to be completed by June 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1mil.

Submissions close on 28/05/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
