Tender Overview

The Port of Gladstone encompasses a diverse range of landscapes that require specialised arboriculture services to maintain safety, environmental integrity, and aesthetic value. These landscapes, integral to the port's operations and community engagement, include urban greenery, natural vegetation, and mature tree populations. The management of these assets must align with regulatory compliance, operational standards, and best practices in arboriculture.

Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) recognises the importance of preserving the ecological and visual appeal of its precincts while ensuring the safety of its infrastructure, employees, and visitors. This Invitation to Tender is to engage a Contractor with the expertise and resources necessary to meet these objectives effectively and responsibly.

GPC requires a mandatory site inspection on Tuesday 3 June 2025 at 9am commencing at the Marina Parklands office 98 Bryan Jordan Drive Gladstone QLD 4680.

The Bidder must Confirm their intention to attend the site inspection at least 48 hours prior to the Site Inspection via email to McDonaldJ@gpcl.com.au. The Bidders notice is to include:

1. The name and positions of the representatives attending the Site Inspection (max two per company).

2. Details of the Induction status of all persons attending the site inspection

3. The MSIC card status of the persons attending the site inspection
