The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for delivery a FlexiSpace at Goodna State School.


The tender includes the Design and Construct of an existing area on level 1 of G Block into a new FlexiSpace which includes new kitchenette, teaching wall and staff office. Works under the contract also include removal of asbestos in the existing ceiling. This tender is for a principal contractor to take on the entire scope of works with also includes the design responsibility for all works.


The contractor must possess the appropriate licencing and insurances, as listed below, to perform the D&C works. Proof of licenses and insurance must be provided upon request.
• QBCC Licence
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Public Liability Insurance
• WorkCover
