The State of Queensland (acting through) The Department of Housing and Public Works seeks to procure specialist homelessness services to support participants of the Court Link Program in Southport. This procurement aligns with the Homelessness Program Guidelines, Specification and Requirements and aims to:

• Provide timely access to safe, secure, and appropriate housing for Court Link participants who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

• Support participants in developing the skills and capacity required to maintain stable housing and reduce their risk of reoffending.

• Deliver coordinated case management and brokerage services to enhance housing outcomes.
