Section 1

Tender Overview

 

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for a comprehensive Design and Construct (D&C) contract for the roof replacement and re-pitching of Block MA at Tullawong State High School.

The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works, including but not limited to:

• Design and engineering of the new roof structure

• Supply and installation of:

o New roof sheeting

o Gutters, downpipes and gully pits

o Flashings

• Removal of all existing skylights and reinstatement of the ceiling

The contractor will take full design responsibility and must deliver a solution that complies with all relevant building codes, Australian standards, and DoE requirements.

Project timeline:

• Site Commencement - Monday 15th of September

• Practical Completion - Friday 10th of October 2025.

All tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request:

• QBCC Licence

• Professional Indemnity Insurance

• Public Liability Insurance

• WorkCover Insurance
