Tender Overview

 

TMR is seeking a highly experienced Rail Portfolio Specialist to strengthen core portfolio management capabilities across a large, complex, and multi-billion dollar portfolio. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in portfolio governance, reporting, risk and schedule integration, benefits and requirements tracking, and strategic alignment within the context of transport, utilities, or infrastructure environments. This role will provide high-level strategic advice and hands-on leadership in delivering best practice frameworks, tools, and roadmaps to uplift portfolio maturity. The Rail Portfolio Specialist will work closely with existing SPMO team members to enhance internal capability and consistency in portfolio delivery practices.

If there is any information not in the Data Room that would assist the Offerors in preparing their Offer, TMR encourages Offerors to seek this information via written clarification addressed to the Contact Officer listed in the Request for Quote, that is attached to this Brief.

Before any Offeror is given access to the Confidential Information via the Data Room, the Offeror must provide a duly executed Confidentiality Deed (Attachment 2). The executed Confidentiality Deed, including a completed Schedule 1 – Authorised Persons List, should be submitted no later than Friday 8 August 2025 to:
