Tender Overview

GIICA is inviting expressions of interest for a Program-wide delivery partner (Delivery Partner) to provide scalable capability uplift to support an integrated, GIICA led project delivery team – bringing tools, resources and industry experience to assist GIICA’s delivery of the Program.


The purpose of this invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) (this Invitation) is to:

(a) invite suitably qualified entities (including multiple entities responding as a partnership, joint venture or consortium) to submit an expression of interest (an Application) to provide the Delivery Partner Services;

(b) set out the terms and conditions that apply to the EOI process;

(c) provide details of the information required to be provided by Applicants in their Applications;

(d) set out the evaluation criteria GIICA will use to assess the Applicants’ Applications and develop a shortlist of Applicants for participating in future stages of the procurement process.

The Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority (GIICA) is laying the foundations for the Games of the XXXV Olympiad 2032 and the 2032 Paralympic Games and beyond. Established under Queensland legislation, GIICA is responsible for the delivery of 17 Authority Venues and monitoring of 2 other venues required for the Games. GIICA is responsible for the planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of a comprehensive Authority Venues Program, spanning new and upgraded sporting and community infrastructure.

The Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority – Authority Venues Program encompasses a diverse portfolio of capital projects, from Brisbane’s Main Stadium to key new infrastructure across the region, and much-needed upgrades to existing venues.
