The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing amenities building (H Block) located at Tagai State College – Thursday Island.

Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project. Please check with Jon Leggett (via Tenders@blackm.com) to confirm your eligibility to tender.

Submissions close 2:00pm on Thursday, 23 October 2025 via email Tenders@blackm.com.Site Visit Details: Tenders are advised that a Site Inspection will be scheduled during the tender period. A date and time will be confirmed.
