Tender Overview

Contractors are invited to tender for the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangement (DRFA) Events 24F – Restoration Works on various state-controlled roads within the Scenic Rim Regional Council.

Tenderers are advised that documents are only available to prequalified contractors approved with TMR to R2, B1, A2, F25 or higher.

Please note that the Queensland Charter for Local Content, Queensland Government Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry and Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2023 which now includes the Ethical Supplier Threshold and Ethical Supplier Mandate apply to this project.

This Tender is concurrently offered with CN-25073, and a compulsory combined pre-lodgement conference is scheduled for 15th October 2025 at 10:00am

Should Tenderer’s be submitting for both CN-25073 & CN-24713 packages, Tenderer’s are encouraged to provide their preference on contract package of works, noting that TMR will not award both contracts to the same contractor. This decision may be made without any obligation for recourse or explanation to the Tenderer and is at TMR’s sole discretion to ensure DRFA funding guidelines and Value for Money principles.
