Tender Overview

 

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals from appropriately licenced contractors for MUNDINGBURRA POLICE STATION, 240 CHARTERS TOWERS ROAD, HERMIT PARK QLD 4812 to Carry out Airconditioning, Fire Detection & Lighting Upgrades

Non Mandatory Site Visit has been scheduled for Friday 24 October. Full Details located within tender documents

All tenderers must hold a QBCC Licence for either - Low, Medium or Open Building Categories to be eligible.

Pricing 60%, Non Price Criteria 40% (Local Benefits, Methodology & Program, Capability, Capacity and Experience, Key Personnel)

Contract Timeframes:

Commencement: within 30 days of letter of acceptance.

Completion: within 44 weeks of acceptance

This is a PQC project.

Where a PQC requirement is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System.
