Tender Overview

 

Racing Queensland (RQ) is seeking offers from suitably experienced Suppliers for the refurbishment of horse stables at Cairns Jockey Club

The successful Tenderer will be engaged via an RQ Works Agreement to complete the works.

The following documentation is available to be downloaded via VendorPanel (VP483375):

• This Invitation Letter;

• Specification (Scope of Works) Document;

• Appendix A (Drawing) Documents

• RFT with Non-Price Response Schedule (returnable);

• Price Response Schedule (returnable);

• RQ’s Works Agreement;

• RQ Conditions of Tendering;

• Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct;

• Supplier Code of Conduct Declaration Form (returnable);

• Conflict of Interest Declaration (returnable); and

Offers may only be submitted electronically through VendorPanel, no later than 2p.m. QLD(AEST) on Friday 14th November 2025. The closing time and date nominated in this Request For Tender is the latest time by which a submission must be logged. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.

Optional Site Meeting: An optional site meeting may be arranged subject to the level of interest received from tenderers. Tenderers who wish to attend are requested to indicate their interest via email to Procurement@racingqueensland.com.au by 27th October 2025.

If sufficient interest is received, a site meeting will be scheduled, and the details (date, time, and location) will be advised via email to all interested tenderers.

Please direct all Tender related questions or clarifications in writing to Racing Queensland’s Procurement Team via VendorPanel.

In addition to this opportunity, RQ is also seeking a suitably experience contractor for the Design and Construct of Machinery Shed at the same site (see VP483514). Interested tenderers are welcome to view and submit for both projects. *Note that submissions are to remain separate for the two projects.
