Request for Proposal (RFP) for Business Process Modelling Solution - 510310

Council is seeking Proposals for a collaborative, repository-based business process modelling solution that enables business end users to easily document, standardise, share and improve their business processes.

Council requires that this solution be easy and intuitive for business end users to use in order to achieve a high rate of user acceptance and take up of the solution and ongoing use as a solution for managing, improving and reusing business processes. The solution must effectively enable collaboration and sharing across organisation units in order to facilitate cross-functional process management and improvement.
