Tender Overview

The Office of Queensland Parliamentary Counsel (OQPC) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced vendors for support and maintenance services for OQPCs eLegislative Drafting Tool.

Required support and maintenance services incorporate (in summary);

  • Single point of contact (Help desk services);
  • Incident (break-fix outages) and problem (root cause analysis) management;
  • Change management;
  • Proactive maintenance;
  • Documentation.

Service requests incorporates (in summary);

  • Drafting Tool upgrades specifically the FrameMaker software underpinning the drafting tool;
  • Changes to the Document type definition files;
  • Changes to the Structure Application including the Element Definition Document (EDD), read/write rules and templates; and
  • Configuration and customisation enhancements.
