Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for ServiceNow Professional Services. These Services are to assist the Health Services Information Agency (HSIA) within Queensland Health with in the implementation of a new ServiceNow instance for the management of ICT Service provision to Queensland Health employees. The successful Supplier will be contracted to develop a project plan for the nominated ServiceNow Products and Services.

The scope of the ServiceNow Platform components (Products) required to be implemented includes the following:

  1. Service Management Suite (SMS) for IT processes
  2. Operations Management modules
  3. Business Management modules

The scope of the ServiceNow Implementation (Services) required by the vendor will include the provision of:

  1. Project management for the supplier provided portion of the overall project deliverables
  2. Design services (high level design solution design based on ServiceNow best practices)
  3. Documentation
  4. Installation and integration services
  5. Certified ServiceNow Training Services.

As part of our commitment to reducing Australia’s carbon footprint, HSIA is operating an online eTendering system. HSIA’s eTendering solution is an internet-based software tool developed for use with quotes and tenders titled Apet360Pro (360Pro). This will ensure the process is simple and equitable by providing an end-to-end tendering system. It will be used to manage all aspects of the tendering process from initiating a request for tender, advertising, submitting tenders, assessing submissions through to issuing notifications. Applying for a tender is quicker and easier through the 360Pro eTendering solution.

It does not include the licensing of ServiceNow software or ongoing software support/maintenance.
