Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the replacement of the Commentline System.

The objective is to purchase a solution/system or software as a service which can be adapted for use by TMR to capture and record customer contact and complaints. TransLink Division are seeking proposals that respond to the Expression of Interest and the requirements for these goods and services, including details of:

  • A sustainable solution;
  • Understanding and experience in providing similar solutions;
  • Data migration;
  • Support and maintenance capabilities;
  • Statement of capability to deliver;
  • Indicative costs.
