Tender Overview

West Moreton Hospital and Health Service (the Customer) seeks offers for an Enterprise Content Management Solution that incorporates or considers (as appropriate) the following guiding principle;

  1. is an enterprise-wide solution;
  2. where possible, leverages and re-uses existing West Moreton investments in ICT (for example, re-use hosting infrastructure / services currently underutilised by West Moreton);
  3. is scalable to facilitate potential future expansion of the ECM Solution within West Moreton, or to other hospital and health services throughout Queensland Health at future stages;
  4. is intuitive and provides a common user experience across all streams, whilst enabling specific location-based functions and features for individual service streams or areas;
  5. provides efficiencies in clinical and administration effort that are sustainable, and thus give time back to clinicians and care providers and improve the “quality-of-care”;
  6. assists the Customer in achieving accreditation in accordance with the National Safety and Quality for Health Services (NSQHS) standards;
  7. will integrate with current enterprise and local application and services (e.g. Patient Flow Manager (PFM) and Trendcare); and
  8. supports and interoperates with other emerging strategic initiatives (e.g. IeMR, mobility, tele-health, etc.).
