Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the existing prep building into the new Administration Building at Runcorn Heights State School, located at 200 Nemies Rd, Runcorn QLD 4113, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The building contains executive offices, administration area, amenities, staff and conference room.  The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space.  All works are to be completed by March 2022.

Tener submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders' licence will be required for this project.  Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity insurance in accordance with the contract.

Covid-19 Safety precautions will be mandatory for site inspections.
