The Department of Transport & Main Roads (DTMR) is inviting Proposals from suitable qualified and experienced contractors to participate (if shortlisted) in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) procurement process to design and construct the Coomera Connector Stage 1 Central from Helensvale Road to Smith Street Motorway Project (CN-15792 and CN-17435).

Organisations having the prequalification levels of R4/B4/A3 & F150+ with Austroads and DTMR's Engineering Consultant levels of BD3, GE3, HE3, HD2, ITS3 and TE3 are welcome to submit their interest.

Please note that the Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2021 which now includes the Ethical Supplier Threshold and Ethical Supplier Mandate, Building Code 2016, Queensland Government Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry and Australian Government Building and Construction Industry WHS Accreditation Scheme and QLD Charter for Local Content apply to this project.
