The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Administration
Refurbishment at Chatsworth State School, located at 15 Rammutt Rd, Chatsworth QLD 4570.
The refurbishment includes the ground floor and level 1 of the existing administration block, existing PWD amenities, removal
and relocation of the existing shade structure and new PWD access ramp. The position of the building is at the front of the school
with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
