Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a D&C Building Contractor for the  Building Rural and Remote Health Program

The State of Queensland through Queensland Health , on behalf of Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS), North West Hospital and Health Service (NWHHS) and South West Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS) is undertaking the procurement of a suitably qualified D&C Building Contractor to design, document and construct standardised health care facilities for the Building Rural and Remote Health Program.

The program will deliver these health care facilities on the following five (5) sites:

  • Blackwater (CQHHS) ,
  • Camooweal (NWHHS) ,
  • Charleville (SWHHS),
  • Morven (SWHHS) and
  • St George (SWHHS).

The scope of the Project generally includes but is not limited to the construction of health care facilities utilising a standardised modular design format.

Tenderer PQC Status:

To be eligible to tender all tenderers must be suitably prequalified to PQC level 3 or higher and meet all PQC eligibility criteria.

The tenderer must as part of its submission provide evidence of their PQC qualification. Tenderers who are not yet prequalified to the PQC will need to obtain prequalification prior to the Tender close date. As the process to become PQC registered can take up to four (4) weeks, tenderers need to allow sufficient time to become PQC registered prior to submitting an offer.
