Suncorp Stadium provides Brisbane and south-east Queensland with a 52,500 plus seat capacity, world-class stadium able to accommodate a range of uses including: 
  

• Rugby League – Brisbane Broncos home games, other NRL and NRLW games, annual State of Origin games, International Test Matches.  

• Rugby Union – Queensland Reds home games, International Test Matches. 

• Football – A-League, W-League and International matches. 

• Concerts 

• Boxing and Martial Arts 

• Extreme Sports such as Nitro Circus 

• Community events.

This is a unique opportunity for an organisation to provide venue management services to Suncorp Stadium.

To register for the RFP, Stadiums Queensland (SQ) is inviting suitable organisations to submit the below items via email SMARFP@stadiums.qld.gov.au

Organisation Details

• Organisation name;
• ABN;
• Directors details;
• Major Shareholders; and
• Registered office.

Nominated Organisation Contact for the transaction

• Name;
• Role;
• Email address; and
• Phone number.

Organisation Capability

• SQ is seeking evidence of financial capability commensurate with the venue management services opportunity;
• A copy of the most recent year's financial statements, or any other evidence that demonstrates the ability to meet the requirements to provide venue management services; and
• Evidence of expertise and capability to undertake the role of Venue Management Services at Suncorp Stadium.

Confidentiality Deed Poll

• Due to the confidential nature of this transaction, a Confidentiality Deed Poll has been developed and is attached;
• Please return an executed copy of the Deed Poll

After submission of the above documentation and assessment by the Transaction Manager that the documentation is correct and complete, the RFP documentation will be issued.

Probity

SQ has appointed an external Probity Advisor to monitor the procedural integrity of the RFP Process. If any Respondent wishes to raise concerns about the RFP Process, these should be raised in writing at the earliest opportunity with the Probity Advisor via email imcindoe@ocm.net.au
