The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of new carparks at Bremer State High School, located at 133/153 Warwick Road, Ipswich Qld 4305, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program.
The scope of works includes the design and construction of new carparks, one is an extension of an existing carpark and the other is formalising a carpark with new retaining walls, fences, drainage and line marking. The position of the car parks are easily accessible and have ample working space. All works are to be completed by August 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
