Section 1

Tender Overview

The Fraser Coast Regional Council, FCRC (Principal), has recently commenced a Master plan to determine the current and future needs of the community. From this study the Principal has identified that a consolidation of its services within the Hervey Bay CBD would best service the local region and assist in the revitalisation of Hervey Bay. This project is funded in part by the Federal Government as part of the Hinkler Regional Deal.

The Principal is therefore seeking a building contractor to assist the design team in the final detail design (early contract involvement (ECI) and design and construct (D&C) hybrid contract delivery model) and then the construction (with an incentivised guaranteed maximum price (GMP)) of a long-term accommodation solution to achieve this service approach.
