Tender Overview

The Public Trustee is seeking Proposals for Customer Essential Training. 

The Scope of the requirement include:

  • The design of two semi-customised service training modules specifically relating to:
    • Core customer service skills
    • difficult customer conversations and effective problem solving
  • Delivery of training modules to the Public Trustee's frontline employers
  • Delivery of train the trainer sessions
  • the provission of reporting on participants training and attendance, capability improvement and feedback
