Section 1

Tender Overview

Redland City Council (RCC) is seeking a Principal Contractor to carry out design and construction of the deteriorated parts of the wet well of the Sewerage Pump Station (SPS) SPS029 located in Thorneside. The works includes complete design development, documentation and associated investigation, technical and construction works.

The work to be performed under this contract shall comprise the undertaking of all operations necessary for the detailed design, estimation, and provision of documentation, permits and applications for the proposed design, in preparation for and commencement of construction. It is RCC’s preference for the work to reach practical completion by Friday 02 December 2022.
