Tender Overview

The Department of Energy and Public Works (DEPW) recently issued a forward procurement notice to advise interested parties of an upcoming tender to establish a Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP) to provide media monitoring and analysis services. The PSP will be available for use by customers from across the Queensland Government and other Eligible Customers.

Please note it is expected the offer documentation will be available in July 2022. The invitation will be listed here on the QTenders website. The searchable reference number will be GGS0085-22.

The invitation to respond will be issued via a new response form system (360 - Providers' Portal).

The majority of questions will be multiple choice. The objective is to make the application process easier for the offeror and, if the offeror is successful, collect data that supports informed decision making at a contract level. Case studies will not be required to support your application.

The goal is to create an easy to use supplier selection tool so that:

  • Suppliers do not have to repeat this information every time they are approached by a potential customer, and
  • Customers have a clear understanding of services provided by the supplier.

When responding to the invitation, it may also be worthwhile having the following items available:

  • ABN (must be registered for GST) and Australian Company Number (ACN) (where applicable) or Australian Registered Body Number (ABRN) where applicable;
