Section 1

Tender Overview

Seqwater is seeking Expressions of Interest for the Provision of an In Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) and Associated Hardware and Services. It includes IVMS hardware supply, software and support services, telemetry and network access, installation and decommissioning services.

The scope of this end-to-end IVMS solution specifically includes:

  • Supply, maintenance, operation, and management of IVMS hardware and components
  • Supply of GPS / Satellite / SIM and associated access subscriptions
  • Fleet management and optimisation services
  • Vehicle monitoring
  • Driver behaviour monitoring
  • Reporting suite including customised outputs
  • Continual improvement of IVMS offerings
  • Customer service and support and an online portal
  • Installation and Decommissioning (including disposal) of the hardware

It does not include vehicle finance and fleet management services, including in life vehicle maintenance, fleet management, fuel supply, fleet administration (registration and insurances).
