Tender Overview

Forward Procurement Notice

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) intends to go to market for a replacement property solution. The existing legacy solution supports the Strategic Property Management (SPM) unit within TMR.

SPM is accountable for providing the vision, direction and strategic leadership for acquisition, management and disposal of property required for road and transport infrastructure projects on behalf of TMR. 

SPM provides property services across the end-to-end property lifecycle to support the successful delivery of the Queensland Transport and Main Roads Infrastructure Program (QTRIP) and management of TMR's broader property portfolio and land-use initiatives.

The Solution will:

  • replace up to eight legacy property applications which support SPM to undertake its role.

This Forward Procurement Notice to inform potential suppliers of our intention to advertise an Invitation to Offer (ITO) shortly.  It is expected that the ITO will be advertised in August 2022.
