Section 1

Tender Overview

The Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGC) Project is working through community consultation feedback received in late 2021 in order to refine the proposed design. This work is likely to continue through the remainder of 2022. The project remains in the planning and design phase and is subject to further approvals by the Australian and Queensland Governments.

To assist with planning work, field investigations and surveys have started along the rail corridor to help us understand more about the existing conditions and environment.

Packaging for the LGC project is currently being scoped and, following approval, we expect to commence formal engagement with the market in the coming months. Please monitor QTenders as all information and invitations to engage with the project will be released through this platform.
