Tender Overview

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties with an existing and proven solution, that would supply a digital solution to support the core functions of the Queensland Parliament.

We are seeking to gain a more detailed understanding of the Supplier Market for a system that supports all (preferred) or part of the following functions:

  • a database of Parliamentary Members
  • the Production of a Notice Paper or Agenda of upcoming Assembly proceedings
  • the management and advertisement of a Sitting Calendar
  • the monitoring of the passage of Bills through the Legislative Assembly
  • the production of a searchable Record of Proceedings (Hansard transcript)
  • the Tabling of Papers in the Legislative Assembly
  • Questions on Notice lodged by Members and to be answered by Ministers of the Government
  • Petitions lodged online by members of the Public and tabled in the Legislative Assembly
  • the digital receipt and management of Submissions made to a Parliamentary Committee
  • the registration and provision of updates to the public record of any pecuniary or other relevant interests
  • a register of precedents of Speaker's Rulings.

The emphasis is on existing and proven solutions. We are not seeking to engage a software development company to build and maintain a new IT solution.

For detailed information on the specific services sought under this EOI, please review the "Expression of Interest Document" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail".
