Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for a new multi purpose hall located at Capalaba State College (150 Mount Cotton Rd, Capalaba QLD 4157).

Details of project:

  • New Double Court Multi-Purpose Hall

  • New Sealed and Line Marked entrance and parking

  • Air-Conditioning of Class and Staff Rooms

  • Landscaping to New Building

  • Services Upgrades (as required)

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level #3
