Tender Overview

The Department of Transport and Main Roads has established a whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) called the Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel (IBCP).

IBCP has three categories:

  • Contract Administration and Project Management (Civil)
  • Environmental and Cultural Heritage Services
  • Survey.

Applications forms to become prequalified in any of the above IBCP categories are available here: Infrastructure Building Construction Panel (IBCP) (Department of Transport and Main Roads) (tmr.qld.gov.au).

Please note:  The IBCP SOA TMR12920 Arrangement has been extended until 18 January 2027.
