Tender Overview

The Department of Transport and Main Roads has established a new whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement called the Infrastructure Building and Construction Panel (IBCP).

IBCP has four categories:

  • Contract Administration and Project Management (Civil)
  • Environmental and Cultural Heritage Services
  • Survey and
  • Transport Infrastructure for Engineering Design (CFEP) - on hold until further notice

The implementation will follow a staged approach with Contract Administration and Project Management (Civil), Environmental and Cultural Heritage Services and Survey Services available from Monday 7th November 2022.

The remaining category, Transport Infrastructure for Engineering Design (known as CFEP) will become available in 2023 (currently under review).

Applications forms to become prequalified in any of the above IBCP categories are avaiabile here: Infrastructure Building Construction Panel (IBCP) (Department of Transport and Main Roads) (tmr.qld.gov.au)

New suppliers will be invited through QTender to join IBCP each quarter once they become prequalified in one or more categories.
