Forward Procurement Schedule – Holter and Event Monitoring SolutionINTRODUCTION Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) enables people to deliver excellent patient-centred care and high-quality health services. We are the largest of 16 hospitals and Health Services (HHS) that provide public health services in Queensland. Metro North HHS is a Queensland Government statutory body governed by our Board. We focus on collaboration with healthcare partners and investment in systems, engagement, and culture; we connect people to deliver services to a population approaching 900,000, from north of the Brisbane River to north of Kilcoy.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Metro North Hospital (MNH) will seek to engage with suitably qualified suppliers to provide a Holter and Event Monitoring solution to satisfy the clinical requirements needed for better patient outcomes.
MARKET APPROACH Metro North expects to acquire an innovative and reliable solution that creates efficiencies and fits within the Digital infrastructure, architecture, and vision to benefit patient outcomes. The key business drivers are to: Find a holistic solution that enables efficient recording, analysis and use of data for clinicians to monitor patients and end users’ heart activity. Detailed objectives and scope of requirements will form part of an Invitation to Offer document. Offerors will be invited to an open market tender. INVITATION TO OFFER PHASE Metro North is aiming to release an Invitation to Offer (ITO) in early October 2022 to all interested suppliers for the provision of Holter and Event monitors; including hardware and an adjacent platform to monitor and analyse the monitor data. The procurement process will follow:
The Invitation to Offer will be advertised in the market for approximately four weeks from date of release. The tender submission process for this Invitation to Offer will be conducted via the Queensland Government’s Q Tender website https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders |
