The Department of Transport and Main Roads requires a strategic transport modelling contractor or contracting team with rail planning experience to support the development of its 10-year Rail Network Strategy and provide advice to project teams delivering the 10-year rail program. This need does not have a fixed scope but will span a diverse range of modelling applications over the next 12 months, with potential for extension.
